We offer these products to you with a complete 100% satisfaction/guarantee.
Depending on the supplier the cloths are guaranteed to last for up to 3 years when cared for properly. We are very willing to exchange any cloth that someone is not happy with. We are proud to say we rarely get requests for returns or exchanges. The satisfaction rate for our premium microfiber products is very high with no complaints. The supplier is very fair and the customer service is excellent. We are committed to bringing you the best quality in microfiber products.
What is your Returns & Refund Policy?
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may exchange or return any unused item for refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase date, at your own expense, back to our warehouse. If you have other concerns with the products while using them, contact us. Your invoice will indicate where you need to send your return.
If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. We request you also state the reason for the return.
Do I need to register to place an order?
Yes, our check out does require you sign up for an account. This allows return customers faster service on future purchases.
What is your shipping policy?
It is our intent that you receive your order in a timely and efficient manner. We therefore ship by the most economical method via Canada / US Post's Xpress Post service and regular mail when able. (within Canada, a tracking number is available; USA address, tracking is available if the appropriate service is chosen).
Note: if your order is for 4 and under cloths, they will be sent by regular mail post; therefore tracking is not available on these purchases.
Shipping charges for your order are calculated on the $ total before the taxes. Rates depend on weight of package and your postal / zip code.
In order to see accurate shipping rates you must register an account. Select My Account -Register Account - continue to create an account.
Otherwise you will be charged a flat shipping rate if you check out as a guest.
All orders ship from our warehouse near Burlington/Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Full payment is required prior to your order being mailed.
Please allow for a 1 - 2 week delivery time after payment is received, approved and cleared. Some orders sent to USA residents can take up to 3 weeks delivery, depending on US customs. USA residents are responsible for any duty/tax or customs charges after shipping.

How much will shipping & handling cost?
Our shipping charges for your order are based on the quantity ordered and calculated before the taxes are added. The total will appear in your shopping cart at check out. During checkout you'll be made aware of the shipping charges before you enter any payment details.

Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to addresses within Canada and USA.
Do you charge sales tax?
USA residents - We are not required to charge tax. USA orders are responsible for any duty charges that may occur after shipping.
Canada residents - your Provincial tax is charged
