PLEASE NOTE:

Please allow 1 week for delivery after payment is received, approved and cleared. Full payment is required prior to your order being mailed. No purchase minimum is required. Cloth types, colours and sizes may be mixed and matched to make your total. All cloths are sent flat, along with detailed usage & washing instructions and an applications chart.

Delivery time is subject to warehouse availability on some products.
If an item you order becomes temporarily on back order, we will personally contact you and let you know if there will be a delay in delivery longer than a week.

It is important to know, that compared to other microfiber cloth types, Tergo products are machine washable. The Tergo manufacturer says that the cloths will last for approx. 600 machine washes. The cloths will last for literally several years.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return any unused item for refund or replacement within 60 days of purchase date.

If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. We request you also state the reason for the return.
